Compliance and enforcement actions

On 17 October 2024, a compliance notice was issued to Nickal Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act). 

The notice requires Nickal Pty Ltd to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with section 73J of the NDIS Act and section 20 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018.

Nickal Pty Ltd has fulfilled all the requirements of the compliance notice.
