On 7 February 2025 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
The banning order prohibits Sadat Khosru from:
1) Provide, be involved in, or assist in any way the provision of supports to any NDIS participant or services under a participant’s plan.
The banning order is effective from 5:00 pm AEDT on 11 February 2025 for a period of two (2) years.
Maintenance will be carried out across multiple systems between 8:00 am Sat 6 December to 1:00 am Sun 7 December.
