Compliance and enforcement actions

On 17 February 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

The order prohibits Jerome Kairua from providing any direct or indirect NDIS-funded supports or services to any people with disability, including but not limited to:

1. being a paid employee of a NDIS provider

2. doing unpaid work for a NDIS provider such as volunteer work

3. being a NDIS provider 

This order takes effect on 21 February 2025 for a period of ten (10) years.
