Compliance and enforcement actions

On 25 November 2024, a compliance notice was issued to Pathway Essentials Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

The notice requires Pathway Essentials Pty Ltd to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with Section 73B(2) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 and Section 7(2) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018.
