On 14 August 2020, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(b)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Ian Krishna Claridge from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme, for a period of 2 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 17 August 2020.
