Compliance and enforcement actions

On 14 March 2022 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Jasmine Armstrong from being involved in the provision of supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS participants for a period of two years effective from 5pm on 15 March 2022.
