Compliance and enforcement actions

On 23 September 2020, a compliance notice was issued to The Northcott Society under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires The Northcott Society to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance by the company with sections 20 and 21 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018. On 4 November 2020, the compliance notice was varied under section 73ZM(4) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The variation varied the date by which a specified action in the compliance notice is required to be taken. The Northcott Society has fulfilled all the requirements of the compliance notice.
