Compliance and enforcement actions

On 19 July 2021, a compliance notice was issued to St Michael’s Association Inc. under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires St Michael’s Association Inc. to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance by it with section 13 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018. St Michael’s Association Inc. has fulfilled all the requirements of the compliance notice
