Compliance and enforcement actions

On 29 October 2021, a compliance notice was issued to MH & R Holdings Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires MH & R Holdings Pty Ltd to take certain action to address possible non-compliance with paragraph (c) of the NDIS Code of Conduct set out in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Code of Conduct) Rules 2018. The possible non-compliance relates to the management of staff and NDIS participants infected with COVID-19. On 13 December 2021 the compliance notice was revoked under section 73ZM (4) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. MH & R Holdings Pty Ltd is not required to take any further action in relation to the compliance notice
