Compliance and enforcement actions

On 11 November 2022, a suspension notice was issued to The Trustee for the Gracemanor Service Trust suspending the provider’s registration for a period of 30 days, effective immediately. The suspension of registration was based on section 73N(1)(e) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
