Compliance and enforcement actions

On 2 December 2021, a compliance notice was issued to Care Plus Services Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Care Plus Services Ltd. to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance by it with section 12 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018.
