    On 12 December 2023, a compliance notice was issued to Casson Homes Inc under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Casson Homes Inc to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance with section 9(2) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018 and section 21 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018.
