Compliance and enforcement actions

On 1 February 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Jasmin Morris from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to people with disability until 14 days after the day on which the Commissioner receives evidence that Ms Morris has successfully completed a Certificate IV in Disability.  

Ms Morris is permitted to complete the 120 hours fully supervised work placement in order to satisfy the requirements of the Certificate IV in Disability. The banning order is effective from 5:00pm on 8 February 2023.
