On 8 February 2023, a banning order was made under sections 73ZN(2)(a)(i), 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) and 73ZN(2)(a)(iv) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Ufuk Dik from being involved in the provision of NDIS supports or services to people with disability for a period of two (2) years, from 5:00 pm on 8 February 2023.
