On 1 February 2023 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Saurav Prasai (also known as Saurav Prafai and Saurav Prafi) from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to people with disability. The banning order takes effect from 5:00pm on 8 February 2023.
