Until then, your current state or territory requirements for quality and safeguards will continue to apply. The links at the bottom of this page may be helpful.

Provider information sessions

As this transition approaches, the NDIS Commission invites providers in Western Australia to attend an information session. This session will introduce and provide an overview of our role and function, outline the new quality and safeguarding arrangements, and how these will affect providers in Western Australia from 1 July.

A further information session with be held in June, containing more specific information about provider responsibilities, including registration; behaviour support; and complaints and reportable incidents. More details will be provided soon.
