Map of Australia with Western Australia highlighted From 1 December 2020, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission will start managing quality and safeguards in Western Australia.

The Government of Western Australia has announced this deferral of Western Australia’s transition to the NDIS to allow providers to focus on critical support issues for people with disability during the COVID-19 recovery period. 

Until 1 December, your current state or territory requirements for quality and safeguards will continue to apply. The links at the bottom of this page may be helpful.

 

Provider information session
