On 15 August 2021, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(b)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Jayson Gavenlock, from providing supports or services, directly or indirectly, to people with disability except in relation to male persons over the age of 18 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 20 August 2021 until 22 April 2029
