Compliance and enforcement actions

On 30 April 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The banning order restricts Briarsha Lewis from being engaged in the following NDIS activities:

1. providing unsupervised NDIS supports or services to people with disability in the NDIS and

2. to undertake supervised work at all times, and/or work in a role that does not require supporting people with a disability unsupervised. 

The banning order is for a period of one (1) year and will be effective from 5pm AEST on 16 May 2025 across all States and Territories of Australia.
