About

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services.

We work with NDIS participants, service providers, workers and the community to implement a new nationally consistent approach so that across Australia participants can access services and supports that promote choice, control and dignity. Learn more about what we do.

The NDIS Commission now operates in all states and territories except Western Australia. Find out more about your state or territory by checking the map.

Acknowledgement of Country

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission acknowledges the traditional owners and custodians of country throughout Australia and acknowledges their continuing connection to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to the people, the cultures and the elders, past, present and emerging.
