Acting with integrity, honesty and transparency - Transcript

When I first met Robbie, my support worker, we hit it off straight away.

But one day, when we were shopping for my groceries, I saw Robbie tap his own rewards card, so I said something.

He said he wouldn't do it again, but he did and that next time, he got defensive.

So, I contacted the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, they listened and helped me raise my concern with my NDIS provider.

It's sorted now.

Robbie just assumed it wasn't too important to me.

I'm glad I said something.

I'm really glad.

Because when you make it known, you make it better.
