Feedback about the NDIA
The way people can give feedback, make a complaint about, or ask for a review of decisions by, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) will not change when the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission starts operating.
As we begin operating in each state and territory, we will become responsible for the registration and regulation of providers—working towards a new nationally consistent approach to NDIS quality and safeguards so participants can access services and supports that promote choice, control and dignity.
The NDIA will continue to:
- deliver the NDIS—providing individualised plans and support to people with disability, and coordinating service bookings, payments and access to plans for providers
- handle complaints about the NDIA and participant plans.
